All our products are safety tested to ensure their compliance with current EU and UK legislation and relevant safety & toxicology standards.

We follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures that ensure the consistency of quality in our products, as well as adherence to relevant Health & Safety guidelines. All our batches are pH tested and a sample from each batch is retained for audit and traceability purposes. We do maintain a Product Information File (PIF) for each product which includes information about formulation, safety assessment, and manufacturing process.

All our suppliers are licensed and registered and are carefully selected by us based upon their compliance with our standards of product quality and ethics. We do not use melt&pour soap bases, and our soaps are - and always will be - palm oil free, and they will never be tested on animals.

Each of our soap bars are hand crafted, therefore a slight variance in weight and dimensions is possible. Soaps do not require a BBE (Best Before date), but we'd suggest to use them within 6 months of purchase.
